This part is super important - Prepare a list of items that you would like to address, including physical or mental symptoms and/or habits. A list of questions is also helpful, even if they’re just random curiosities.
If possible, try to avoid caffeine and mind-altering substances the day of the session.
Set aside 2-3 hours to spend in your session.
Because you will be lying down during hypnosis, it is recommended that you wear comfortable clothing.
the session
We will start the session by going over questions, expectations, and the process of the session, which may take up to 1 hour.
We will then start hypnosis, which will take up to 2 hours. The whole process from beginning to end can take 3 hours, so prepare accordingly.
IMPORTANT: Being open minded and having a clear intention is what will determine the success of your session. After all, you are the creator of your life, so you can choose to create a successful wonderful session.
after care
After a QHHT session, some people feel energized and are ready to take on the world. If this is you, that’s great! Others may feel tired or want to spend time alone in reflection after the session, so it is suggested to plan as if you may want to be alone since it will be easier than having to cancel plans last minute.
During the session lots of healing can take place, which usually requires a high level of energy that we are not normally exposed to, so it is important to stay hydrated as water helps stabilize our body and flush out excess energy. Eating a meal after the session is very important. Of course, listen to your body, as it will tell you what is right for you.
