Reiki

Reiki is an energy healing technique in which a Reiki master uses gentle hand movements with the intention to guide the flow of life force energy through the client’s body to help and promote healing.

  • It can help with managing symptoms of an illness or disease as a complementary treatment. It is not a primary treatment to cure any illness or disease. If energy in the body is low, weak, or blocked this can contribute to: emotional, mental, and physical health problems; sickness, stress, and so on. Reiki balances the flow of subtle energy, releasing trapped energy.

  • We will discuss your goals prior to reiki.

    A session typically lasts 30 min to 1 hour, depending on what you book.

    Reiki is done while you lay down so please wear comfortable clothes. If you are unable to lay down, we can do it while you sit.

    You can expect complete relaxation after the session is complete.
